Sep 11, 2013 · It was a Kaspersky policy, Network Attack Blocker, which blocks the computers for 60 minutes! I created a separate policy for just my servers and disabled the Network Attack Blocker section. Kaspersky told me to install the Enterprise version of the end point client on my servers and then I won't need a separate policy for my servers.
